How do we pair accounts?
One partner creates a couple space and shares the 6-digit invitation code. The other signs in, chooses to enter a code, and submits it before it expires. Each account can belong to one couple at a time.
Why does an invitation code fail?
Codes expire after 24 hours. Check all six digits, confirm the receiving account is not already paired, and create a new code if needed.
Why am I not receiving notifications?
Allow notifications for Iuu in device settings and confirm the relevant notification type is enabled inside Iuu. Battery-saving or focus settings may delay delivery.
Who can see my journal?
Entries marked Shared are visible to your paired partner. Entries marked Private are visible only to their author.
Can I pair with someone else?
Disconnect from the current couple before entering another invitation code. Review and remove content you no longer want to keep before disconnecting.
Delete your account and data
- Sign in to Iuu.
- Open More.
- Select Delete account and confirm.
Your authentication account, profile, personal information, notification tokens, uploads, and content you created are permanently deleted. Shared content created by a remaining partner is retained. This cannot be undone.

Never email passwords, Apple or Google sign-in codes, or an active invitation code.
